RewardOne Terms and Conditions
General Conditions
  1. Participation in the RewardOne Program ("Program") is limited to eligible companies.
  2. To qualify for participation a company must not have or be subject to a Corporate Travel Agreement with United Airlines and must have at least 5 employees.
  3. Travel agencies, wholesalers, consolidators, and other sellers of travel are not eligible for the RewardOne Program.
  4. The Program may not be available in all cities served by United Airlines, Inc. ("United"). United reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a company.
  5. In order to participate in the Program, Company must provide names of all of its business traveling employees, as well as their MileagePlus® numbers, when available.
  6. Company is responsible for complying with, and ensuring that its employees comply with, all terms and conditions of participation in the Program.
  7. United has the right to change any aspect of the Program at any time with or without notice. This right includes, but is not limited to, changes in the rules for earning program points and point redemption levels, rules for use of rewards, cities served, flight schedules, limited seating or space availability, restricted travel dates and specific features of promotional offers.
  8. It is a requirement that the Authorized Representative be an active employee of the Company. The Authorized Representative is the only individual that is authorized to receive redeemed awards and posted statement messages.
Earning Program Points
  1. Points are earned for qualifying airline travel by Company's business travelers on flights operated by United Airlines and/or United Express only.
  2. Qualifying revenue is defined as actual flown revenue, excluding all taxes, fees, surcharges and refunds. Effective October 1, qualifying revenue applies to non-discounted fares booked in F, C, J, D, Z, A, Y, B, M, E, U, H, Q, V class of service only.
  3. Company will earn:
    1. One RewardOne point for every $1,000 in qualifying revenue for travel to/from Cleveland, OH, Houston, TX or Newark, NJ
    2. Two RewardOne points for every $1,000 in qualifying revenue for travel to/from all other cities served by United.
  4. The Company's Qualifying revenue will be tracked by the MileagePlus numbers of the registered employees. The Company's employees must provide their MileagePlus number when making reservations and checking in for a United flight.
  5. The Company is responsible for maintaining its profile and the travelers list up-to-date by visiting Employees may be asked to present company identification when purchasing a United ticket or checking in for a United flight.
  6. Points will be credited on a monthly basis and United will provide the Company with an email message informing Company that statement of points accumulated in the previous month period are posted on United’s website.
  7. In cases where the Company disputes the amount of Qualifying Revenue generated, United reserves the right to require proof of travel, including ticket receipts and original boarding passes. The Company must inform United, in writing, of any dispute of Qualifying Revenue within six months of travel activity. United will make the final determination as to whether RewardOne points will be awarded.
  8. Points earned and rewards redeemed by the Company are separate from, and in addition to, those earned by the individual traveler through the MileagePlus frequent flyer program.
  9. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to modify United's ticketing rules and procedures and United's Contract of Carriage and applicable tariffs apply to all tickets issued where United is the validating carrier.
  1. Points can only be redeemed by the designated Authorized Representative or by Company Contact, as indicated on the Program´s on-line Enrollment Form as Company Contact. The Company may change the Company's Authorized Representative online at It is a requirement that the Authorized Representative be an active employee of the Company.
  2. Company may redeem RewardOne points through one of the following methods:
    Online at - RewardOne Account Number and PIN are required.
    Phone toll-free to 1.800.395.4922 (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST) in the United States or Canada or through the local Sales office in Latin America or the Caribbean. To process a redemption request, Company must provide:
    Company's name
    RewardOne account number
    PIN number
  3. United will fulfill Company's redemption request (via the Authorized Representative) within 14 business days.
  4. Travel Rewards will be issued to the Authorized Representative of the Company to distribute at its discretion in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Ticketing/redemption instructions will be set forth on the reward.
  5. Terms and conditions for use of rewards are specified on the Reward Certificate/Document. These terms and conditions include, and are not limited to, capacity controls, applicable fees and surcharges.
  6. Rewards may not be combined or used with any other rewards such as MileagePlus, air travel certificates, discount coupons, premium offers or certain promotion fares.
  7. Rewards or points may not be sold, bartered, or purchased. Rewards obtained in this manner will be voided. If a person other than the person named on the reward attempts to use the reward, it will be voided and travel will be denied. Altered rewards will also be voided. Rewards deemed void will be confiscated and the points forfeited by Company. At the discretion of United, actions which result in a void reward may lead to termination of Company's membership or forfeiture of all points.
  8. Lost, stolen, destroyed, expired or unused rewards will not be replaced or credited to Company's account.
  9. All tax liability associated with the receipt and use of RewardOne rewards is the responsibility of the user.
Termination of Agreement
  1. United Airlines reserves the right to discontinue the RewardOne program with 90 days notice to Company.
  2. Should the Program be terminated, Company's right to accrue credits and redeem rewards will be terminated 90 days after notice is given.
  3. Failure to follow Program Rules or United's Contract of Carriage and tariffs, abuse of Program privileges, or misrepresentation of any information provided to United by the Company or its employees may result in termination of the Company's eligibility and participation in the Program and forfeiture of all rewards or points earned.
  4. If for a period of 18 consecutive months, Company has not made any Qualifying Purchases, United will terminate Company's membership in the RewardOne program. It is the Company's responsibility to claim any reward for which they qualify. The Company will have 24 months from the termination date to redeem any points earned. After such date any unclaimed points will be forfeited.
  5. If the Company has accepted and signed a Corporate Travel Agreement with United, the Company will no longer qualify for the RewardOne program. The Company will have 24 months from the termination date to redeem any points earned. After such date any unclaimed points will be forfeited.
  1. Audit: Company may be asked to provide documented verification of employment of traveling employees.
  2. Confidentiality: United's online privacy policy applies to all information submitted by Company pursuant to this Agreement.
  3. Entire Agreement, Waivers and Amendments: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof superseding all prior discussions and agreements, written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended, nor may any of its provisions be waived, except in writing and signed by the parties hereto. No delay on the part of any party in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any waiver operate as a continuing waiver of any right, power or privilege.
  4. Notices: All notices given hereunder shall be in writing delivered by electronic mail, hand, certified mail, telex, or telecopy to the parties at the addresses indicated on the enrollment form.
  5. PIN/Password: Company agrees that it is responsible for safeguarding the Company's PIN/Password. Company understands that by disclosing such PIN/Password to anyone, it is giving that person the authority to perform all transactions relating to its RewardOne account, including award redemptions, until Company revokes that authority by changing its PIN/Password.
  6. Successors and Assigns: No party may assign its rights or delegate its duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, and any such purported assignment or delegation shall be void. This Agreement shall be binding on the lawful successors of each party.
  7. Severability: Any provision of this Agreement which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
  8. Advertising: Company may not use United's name or RewardOne in any public advertising.
  9. Changes: Company is responsible for notifying United of any changes of: Authorized Representative, Company's e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address or facsimile number. Changes may be processed online at under "My RewardOne Account" or by mail on a letter-head document to RewardOne Program, P.O. Box 3567, Houston TX 77253.
